Delivery & Returns
Straightforward from order to delivery.
UK Delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched from the UK. Some UAL items are produced or finished to order, so preparation times may vary. Delivery costs and estimated times are provided at the point of purchase through the platform where you place your order.
Returns
Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return eligible items. Items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged or we've sent the wrong item, contact us and we'll put it right.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received, refunds will be made to the original payment method.
